University students in Yemen condemn French cartoons

The Charlie Hebdo killings have sparked off a huge debate worldwide about the limits of press freedom, the right to offend and the threat from international militants.

Some of the Paris shooters alleged a link to the Yemen-based al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), which has also claimed responsibility for the attack.

Middle East Eye travelled to the country to find out what ordinary Yemenis thought about the cartoons and their reaction to the killings.
