- Has private sector experience; chair of country's Council for Economic and Development Affairs
- Chairman of Prince Mohammed bin Salman Foundation, known as MISK, which helps young people
FOREIGN MINISTER
- 53 years old; not a member of the ruling Al-Saud family, second non-royal ever to be appointed foreign minister
- Educated in the US, Jubeir most recently served as Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to Washington
- Has worked in US diplomatic circles since 1987, has strong ties to Obama, Capitol Hill and influential think tanks
- Subject in 2011 of an assassination plot allegedly forged by Iran
HEALTH MINISTER
Saudi Aramco CEO Khalid Al-Falih replaces Mohammed bin Abdul Malik bin Abdullah Al Ash-Sheikh
-Al-Falih was also named Chairman of Saudi Aramco on Tuesday, replacing Oil Minister al-Naimi who held the position; a replacement for Al-Falih's CEO position at Aramco has not been announced
-Has served at CEO and President of Saudi Aramco since January 2009, has a 30-year career with company
ECONOMY & PLANNING MINISTER
-Had been serving as Minister of Labour since 2010
-Served for several months last year as Minister of Health
-Former mayor of Jeddah
