Bahrain says Iranian drone attack wounds 32

Bahraini officials on Monday said that 32 people were wounded in an Iranian drone attack targeting the Sitra area south of the capital, Manama.

Four of the wounded were in critical condition, the state news agency cited the Health Ministry as saying.

Officials said some of the critically wounded include children who require surgery.

The attack was part of a wider wave of drone and missile strikes by Iran, which has retaliated to joint US-Israeli strikes by targeting US bases in the Gulf.
