Death toll in Lebanon rises to 3,666 amid ongoing Israeli expulsion orders

Israel has killed over 3,666 people in Lebanon since early March, and wounded 11,321 others, according to the country's ministry of health. 

Meanwhile, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (Ocha) warned that the humanitarian situation in the southern Lebanese city of Tyre and its surrounding areas is "deteriorating".

"The UN reiterates the urgent need to protect civilians, ensure safe and sustained humanitarian access, and respect international humanitarian law," it said in its latest update on the situation.
