Gaza death toll reaches 44,758

The death toll from Israel's war on the Gaza Strip has reached 44,758, the majority of whom are women and children, according to the Palestinian news agency Wafa.

Medical sources reported that 106,134 people have also been wounded.

Wafa noted that Israeli forces committed three massacres against Palestinian families in the past 24 hours, leaving 50 dead and at least 84 injured.

These figures exclude statistics from northern Gaza, where the Israeli blockade has created communication challenges, making it difficult to gather precise information, Wafa added.
