Hamas blames Trump administration for Israel’s 'horrific massacres'

Hamas has released a statement condemning the latest Israeli attacks on Gaza, directly blaming the Trump administration for enabling what it calls a "war of extermination" against Palestinians.

The group accused Israeli forces of carrying out massacres in Rafah, Khan Younis, Deir el-Balah, and the Tuffah neighbourhood of Gaza. It said the US government under Donald Trump was providing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s administration with the political and military backing to continue its assault.

"The administration of US President Donald Trump bears direct responsibility for the horrific massacres committed by the government of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu," Hamas said.

Hamas also called on Unicef to intervene to stop the killing of Palestinian children, urging Arab and Islamic nations—as well as the broader international community—to take decisive action to end what it described as a campaign of extermination.
