‘If aggression stops, our responses will also stop,’ Iranian foreign minister says

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said his country does not want to expand the war unless it was forced to do so.

Speaking at a press conference in Tehran, Araghchi says his country’s response to the Israeli attacks will stop only if “the aggressions stops”.

The Iranian diplomat made his statements during his first public appearance since the Israeli strikes began on Friday.

Moreover, he said the US should condemn the Israel’s strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities.

Araghchi also added that Israel’s attack on energy structure in Assaluyeh brings the conflict to the Gulf region.
