Iran says 100,000 civilian sites including universities damaged in strikes

Dozens of universities, schools and research facilities in Iran have been damaged by US-Israeli air attacks, a government spokesperson said.

Iran’s English-language Press TV quoted spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani as saying civilian infrastructure has been widely affected.

“The enemy cannot tolerate Iran’s achievements,” Mohajerani said.

The report said that more than 100,000 civilian sites have been impacted nationwide since the war began on 28 February.
