Israeli strikes kill 20 Palestinians across Gaza since dawn

Hospital officials have told Al Jazeera that at least 20 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli strikes across the Gaza Strip since dawn.

Dozens more were wounded as Israeli attacks struck northern and central areas of the enclave, medical sources said.
