Israeli troops kill two Palestinians in southern Gaza despite ceasefire

Israeli soldiers killed two Palestinians in Rafah, southern Gaza, on Monday despite the ceasefire coming into effect, according to Wafa news agency.
One of those killed was a teenage boy, Wafa said, citing medical sources. The Israeli army has yet to comment on the incident.
