Speaking at a conference held by the B’Yachad party, former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett called for Qatar and Türkiye to be excluded from any future role in managing Gaza, arguing that Egypt should be involved instead.
“If you bring Qatar and Türkiye in to manage the situation, they will strengthen Hamas,” Bennett said, adding: “If you bring Egypt, together with Israel, in to manage the situation, we will eliminate Hamas.”
