Here are the latest updates from the Israeli war on Gaza:

  • The organisers of a Gaza-bound aid boat had tried to break a naval blockade of the Gaza Strip said Israeli forces intercepted the vessel carrying Greta Thunberg and 11 other activists on Monday. Israeli officials said that the ship was heading to a port in Israel.

  • Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that tensions have emerged between the Israeli army and senior government officials regarding the Madleen aid boat.

  • Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz said detained Madleen ship activists to be forced to watch a video documenting the 7 October attack. 

  • At least 28 people were injured after Israeli drones targeted civilians near the aid distribution point near the Netzarim checkpoint in the central Gaza Strip, Palestinian Information Centre reported, citing Al-Awda Hospital officials.

  • The Israeli assault on Jenin Camp in the occupied West Bank resulted in the complete demolition of 600 homes, while damaging the rest, rendering them uninhabitable, according to Al Jazeera Arabic, citing Jenin Camp Media Committee.
