Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said his forces have started evacuating Palestinians from Rafah in preparation for their upcoming operation there.
He added that the chances of reaching a ceasefire and hostage deal are "slim" and that Israel will not accept a complete withdrawal from Gaza.
