Trump rejects Iran proposal, urges pardon for Netanyahu from corruption charges

US President Donald Trump has dismissed Iran’s latest proposal, describing it as unacceptable after reviewing the details.
Speaking to Israeli outlet Kan News, Trump said he had examined the plan in full.
“I’ve studied it, I’ve studied everything – it’s not acceptable,” he reportedly said.
Trump also weighed in on the corruption case facing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, urging Israeli President Isaac Herzog to grant him a pardon.
“Tell your president to pardon Bibi [Netanyahu’s nickname]. He’s a wartime prime minister. They wouldn’t have Israel if it wasn’t for me and Bibi in that order. You want to have a PM that can focus on the war, not focus on nonsense,” Trump told a Kan News reporter.
