US notifies Congress of $2.04bn arms sale to Israel

The US Secretary of State has pushed to approve a possible Foreign Military Sale to Israel of munitions and related equipment for an estimated cost of $2.04 billion, the Department of Defence said on Friday.

The Defence Security Cooperation Agency delivered the certification to Congress on Friday.
