VIDEO: Three years on, still no accountability for Rabaa

Not one person has been held accountable for mass killing of protesters at Rabaa sit-in of August 2013

Sunday is the third anniversary of what was later called the “worst single-day killing of protesters in modern history". Egyptian protesters had camped out in Rabaa al-Adaweya in Cairo in protest against the military coup that ousted president Morsi.

Protesters staged a sit-in that lasted 47 days before security forces dispersed the protesters and left more than 800 civilians dead. To date no officials or members of the security forces have been held accountable for what happened.
