Andrew Waller is an independent journalist and photographer covering politics and foreign policy in western Asia. He has reported from Lebanon, Palestine, Syria and Turkey. Prior to journalism, Andrew was a British diplomat from 2012 to 2022, with postings in Afghanistan, Jordan, Mali and Libya.
