Zulkarnain Saer Khan
Zulkarnain Saer Khan is a Bangladeshi investigative journalist. He primarily works as a producer for Al Jazeera’s Investigative Unit. He is an affiliate of OCCRP and also contributes to Haaretz, The Times. Saer has worked on the most groundbreaking impactful stories from Bangladesh namely Secret prisoners of Dhaka, where survivors blow the lid off a secret prison operated by the DGFI, Bangladesh’s military intelligence agency during the authoritarian regime of Sheikh Hasina — the deposed prime minister of Bangladesh. He won various international awards, including those from DIG, Amnesty International, and GIJN.
