Death toll from Israeli bombing in southern Gaza rises to more than a dozen

Palestinian news outlets are now reporting that the death toll from Israel's bombing on a residential area in Rafah has increased to at least 17 Palestinians.
Al Jazeera Arabic has reported the death toll to be at more than 14, while dozens more have been injured.
