Ahmad Rashed ibn Said is a retired professor of political communication, poet, and journalist who has edited several magazines throughout his career. He has published numerous papers in both English and Arabic, and authored several books in Arabic, including The Power of Description and Stereotyping the Other. He has also translated two English books into Arabic, including Collateral Language and Information War. His research interests include propaganda, framing theory, and critical discourse analysis.
