Exclusive: Asylum seekers speak out in protest at Greenwich hotel

Dozens of asylum seekers are fighting to stay at a hotel in Greenwich, south London, despite being told they were being relocated to Bedfordshire.

Some told MEE the hotel organised their departure with only a few hours’ notice, and without official notice from the Home Office.

Many fear for their safety, after a number of far-right and anti-immigrant rallies targeted several migrant accommodations, including in Bedfordshire.
